
With the increasing number of people being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, autism, and other disorders related to gluten intolerance, Sweet & Savory has been working to better meet the need for professional baked goods made with gluten-free products, such as rice and bean flours. Although our products are not made in a gluten-free facility, we do take special care to prepare and store these foods separate from the traditional baked goods we make.
Gluten-free cakes can be filled with marmalade and mousse and decorated just as a regular cake.
